What rewards are available and how many points do I need to redeem them? |

Currently there are three Reward Levels: 350, 500, and 1000 points. With 350 points, you may redeem a reward good for $3 off your next purchase; with 500 points, you may redeem a reward good for $5 off your next purchase; and with 1000 points, you may redeem a reward good for $10 off your next purchase. Note: Rewards are subject to change at any time.

How long does it take to receive my reward? |

If you choose to have your reward mailed, we estimate 3-4 weeks; however, in many cases you may receive it sooner.
If you choose one of our Instant Print coupons, you will receive your reward immediately since you print the coupon on your own printer. Note: Make sure your system meets the requirements before choosing this option. Also, these instant print rewards expire 30 days from the date you print them. If you do not plan to use your coupon within 30 days, please select the Mail option.
NOTE: All Costco Rewards and $10 value rewards are only available via mail.

How do I redeem my points for a reward? |

Once you have reached a rewards threshold (350, 500 or 1000 points) and want to redeem your points, just follow these four easy steps to redeem your reward:- Click “Rewards” in the navigation menu.
- Click on the reward of your choice from the selections available and you will be shown the full details of your chosen reward.
- Click “Redeem Now” to use your points to redeem that reward.
- On the confirmation screen, choose your delivery option and click “Submit” to complete the redemption process and deduct the points from your account. Note: If you happen to change your mind at this point, simply click “Cancel” and no points will be deducted from your account and you may start the process over.

Does it cost anything to join Schiff Loyalty Rewards? |

No, there is no cost to join the program. The Schiff Loyalty Rewards program is Schiff’s way of thanking you for your loyal business.

How do I enter my codes to receive my points? |
| A: |
After you have logged in to your account, click “Enter Codes” in the main navigation bar, then follow these five easy steps:
- Enter the Loyalty Rewards code (from the Peel Open sticker on top of your bottle) into Step 1.
- Enter the Product Code from the bottle label into Step 2.
- Select the Retailer where you purchased the product in Step 3.
- Complete the Security Code challenge in Step 4.
- Then click “Submit” and you will see your Points Total at the top of the screen update to reflect your latest purchase.

What does a Loyalty Code look like? |

The Loyalty Code is found on the Peel-Open Schiff Loyalty Rewards sticker on top of your eligible product as shown here. It is a seven character alphanumeric code that is printed on the inside of the Peel-Open sticker. (If your bottle does not have a sticker on the top of the cap that looks like this, you do not have a Loyalty Rewards code. Please see FAQ #8.) Note: If some of the characters are a little hard to decipher, remember these tips — use lowercase "L" instead of "one"; and lowercase "O" instead of "zero"; there are also no letters "G" or "Q" in our codes.

What does a Product Code look like? |

The Product code is a 5- or 6-digit number that is located on the bottle’s label just to the right of the Supplement Facts panel in the upper right corner as shown here.
NOTE: For Move Free Advanced Plus Energy, the product code is located here by the UPC code.

What do I do if my product doesn't have a Schiff Loyalty Rewards code on the cap? |

First, make sure you have an eligible product — at this time Schiff Loyalty Rewards is only available on Move Free® and Schiff® Glucosamine products.
If you do have an eligible product and it does not have a Schiff Loyalty Rewards sticker (as shown above in FAQ #6) and you made this purchase after the program began on January 1, 2009, you can still receive credit for your purchase by emailing the following information to AskSchiff@SchiffVitamins.com (Note: all information must be provided to receive proper and timely credit for your purchase.) You may also fax this information to 801-606-5381 or mail to: Schiff Loyalty Rewards, PO Box 26708, Salt Lake City, UT 84126. If you need further assistance, please contact Consumer Services at 1-800-526-6251.
- Name
- Email Address (the one you used when you signed up for the Schiff Loyalty Rewards program)
- Phone Number (in case we have any questions about your request)
- Product Code (located on the bottle label to the right of the Supplement Facts panel, see FAQ #7 just above)
- Retailer where you made this purchase
- Lot Number (located on the bottle label to the right of the Supplement Facts panel after the word "LOT:")
- Copy of Sales Receipt (if you do not have your receipt, Schiff will review your request on a case by case basis) You may also fax your receipt to 801-975-7185. Make sure to put your email address on the fax so we can match it up with your email request.
- Please put "SLR Points Request" as the subject line of your email
Schiff will then review your submission, check the lot number, and credit your account for that purchase if everything checks out.

Why did the system tell me my Loyalty Code had already been used? |

This is a rare occurrence and we apologize for the inconvenience. We value your business and want to credit your purchase. Please contact Consumer Services at 1-800-526-6251 between 8 AM and 5 PM Mountain time for assistance. Please have the following information readily available:
- The Loyalty Code you tried to enter
- The Product Code from your product label
- The Retailer where you made this purchase
- The lot code on the product label (Consumer Services will help you locate this code)
Please note you may be asked to provide proof of purchase, so please retain the Schiff Loyalty Rewards sticker from the top of the cap.

How can I edit my account (change email, password or mailing address)? |

Just follow these steps:
- Simply click “My Account” in the navigation bar.
- In the “Your Information” section on the left side of the screen, click the “Edit” button.
- From this “Edit My Account” screen, you may update your name, address, and Communication Preferences.
- If you would like to change your email address, click the “Change Email Address” link. This will take you to the Change Email Address page where you may enter in a new Email address and click “Submit”.
- If you would like to change your password, click the “Change Password” link. This will take you to the Change Password page where you will be required to enter your current password as well as a new password and click “Submit”.

Why was my account placed on hold? |

Something in your account activity did not comply with the Terms & Conditions of the Schiff Loyalty Rewards program and triggered an automatic hold. To remove this hold, please contact Consumer Services by using the Contact Us form or calling us at 1-800-526-6251. Schiff Consumer Services is available by phone Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain time.

Why can't I choose to print high value coupons or Costco rewards? |

Unfortunately, we do not allow printing of our higher value coupons due to their high dollar value. And, Costco rewards are specific to Costco only and may only be received via US Postal Mail.

What are the system requirements for printing instant coupon rewards? |

Coupon printing is supported by the following operating systems: NOTE: Turn off any pop-up blockers prior to clicking the Submit button.
- Coupon Printing for Windows: Coupon printing is currently supported on Windows Operating Systems Vista, XP, and 2000 when used with Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox 1+, Netscape 8+, and most MSN and AOL browsers. If you are unable to print when using an MSN, AOL, or Compuserve browser, please try printing your coupon using Internet Explorer 6+.
- Coupon Printing for Macintosh: Coupon printing is currently supported on Macintosh OS 10.3 or higher when used with Safari 2+ and FireFox 2+.

What if I had problems printing my coupon? |

We’re sorry you experienced technical difficulties while attempting to print your instant coupon. If you were unable to print your coupon, please contact Consumer Services by using the Contact Us form or call 1-800-526-6251 between 8 AM and 5 PM Mountain time.
We will need to know which reward you attempted to print as well as the email address that you use for your Schiff Loyalty Rewards account. Once we verify your information, we will add your reward request to the next batch of rewards to be mailed via US Postal Mail.
Unfortunately, we are unable to re-deposit points into your account to allow you to try to print the coupon again. You will need to receive the replacement via US Postal Mail.

How do I cancel my Schiff Loyalty Rewards account? |

We’re sorry to see you go and the program costs you nothing, but if you do want to cancel your membership in Schiff Loyalty Rewards, simply click “My Account” in the main navigation bar, then click “Cancel My Membership” in the secondary navigation bar and fill out the short cancellation form and click “Submit”. You're welcome to rejoin at any time by contacting Consumer Services at 1-800-526-6251.

Why does the system tell me I need to update my SchiffVitamins.com account? |

This means that you have previously signed up on one of our other websites (SchiffVitamins.com, MoveFreeAdvanced.com, etc.). We just need you to update your account with a password so you can access Schiff Loyalty Rewards. To do this, just follow these steps:
- On the homepage, in the center section, enter your email address in the field above the "Update Account" button. Then click "Update Account".
- The system will send you an email containing a link to update your account.
- Once you click this link, you will be taken to a special registration page. This page will be filled in with any address information we already have on file for you. Update this information if needed, enter a password, agree to both Terms and Conditions and click "Submit".
- You can now log in to SchiffLoyaltyRewards.com using your email address and the password you just created.

The Security Code is hard to read. Why is it required? |

We understand the Security Code can be hard to decipher, but it is designed to prevent fraudulent activity. Without this type of security system in place, we wouldn't be able to offer you high value rewards.
Remember: You may click the Refresh button next to the Security Code entry field if you receive a challenge that is just too hard to decipher. You can continue clicking this refresh button as many times as necessary until you are presented with a Security Challenge that you can successfully complete.
Note: If you do not see anything below "Enter Security Code Shown Below", then your security settings on your browser are too high. This may prevent our 3rd-Party security challenge from showing up. You will need to reduce your security settings on your browser to allow 3rd-party content to be able to see the security code challenge.
